St. Patrick’s Co-operative Credit Union Ltd. (SPCCU) is inviting applications from qualified and service-oriented individuals for the position of Customer Service Officer.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, responsive, and efficient customer service to members, ensuring that new accounts and account updates are completed in line with SPCCU’s policies. The role also involves working collaboratively with the Compliance and Supervisory Department to maintain accuracy and professionalism in all transactions.
Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) CXC O’Level passes, including Mathematics, English, and a business-related subject.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Sound judgement, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of the financial industry and strong analytical thinking.
Position Details
This is a permanent and pensionable position, subject to an initial three (3) month probation period.
